I joined CARMAH in 2020 as a student assistant in the Volkswagen-funded CARMAH Project Challenging Populist Truth-Making in Europe: The Role of Museums in a Digital ‚Post-Truth‘ European Society. After writing my MA thesis on populist practices concerning museums online on social media, I now cover the PhD position of my colleague Helena Kiess and I am currently based at the University of Tübingen. My main task within the project is supporting the app development of the project’s museum app by doing empirical research on digital innovation within museum spaces.

My research interests concern digital anthropology and political discourses online, especially I focus on populist truth-making practices.
